Cutting Horse Branding Company - Return/Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The return is initiated within 20 days of receiving the order.

Please Note: Due to products being printed on demand, returns are not permitted for orders that have been purchased in the wrong size.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at contact@cuttinghorsebrandingco.com within 20 days of receiving your order.

b. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective).

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the item.

3. Return Shipping

For returns related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellations

As we operate on a print-on-demand model, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
